Dr. Brady was born and raised in Regina, SK. He attended the University of Regina, and went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1980.

Dr. Brady has a successful 40 year history of family practice in Regina with a strong interest in athletic injuries and rehabilitation. He has served on the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College Board of Governors for over 30 years and currently serves as a Board Member Emeritus. Dr. Brady is a member of the Sport Sciences Council of Saskatchewan serving as an event medical team member and is proud to have served as Team Chiropractor of the Regina Pats major junior hockey club for the past 27 years. Dr. Brady has also worked as a consultant in the Functional Rehabilitation Program at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre for the past 20 years. Dr. Brady also has served as a Chairman of the Canadian Chiropractic Association’s Clinical Practice Guidelines Task Force creating evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for the profession.

Dr. Brady has a strong focus treating, educating, and encouraging his patients to live their lives to their greatest potential whether or not that means referring them to another health practitioner whose treatment he may deem be more appropriate. He believes in the concept of working as an integral member of your health care team!

Dr. Brady enjoys an active lifestyle, camping with his family, attending the gym, playing golf at the Royal Regina Golf Club, is an avid Saskatchewan Roughriders fan and a very proud grandfather!

Born and raised in small town B.C., Lara completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia and a Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto. After working in Toronto, she practiced in the United Kingdom for six years before returning to Canada to settle in Regina.

To help each client with specific issues, Lara employs a number of techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF), Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage.

She has completed the Dr. Vodder School International training program and is a Manual Lymphatic Therapist and a Combined Decongestive Therapist. She is a member of the Lymphology Association of North America.

Karisa Groff was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and completed her Bachelors of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics degree right at home at the University of Regina. Her further interest in human movement and injury rehabilitation led her to California where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Palmer West in San Jose graduating as Valedictorian with summa cum laude honours.

Karisa grew up as an elite gymnast and has since continued her passion for health and fitness with strength training. She is passionate about treating all athletes from high school and university students, to weekend warriors and active lifestyle individuals. Since graduation Karisa has stayed busy, obtaining her CCMI Concussion Management certification, Active Release Technique certifications, as well as attending the NFL Combine Chiropractic Conference in order to further her knowledge in the chiropractic profession and treating athletes.

When it comes to musculoskeletal pain complaints, Karisa believes that a non-invasive approach and personalized treatment plan can get you back to doing your favourite activities and moving pain free. She works to provide quick, effective, long term outcomes in order to help you move and feel better.

In her spare time, Karisa enjoys staying active by strength training in the gym and exploring new HIIT and group style classes throughout the city. She loves going on walks with her dog Nala, trying new restaurants and going on weekend camping and hiking adventures.

Nadine has been passionate about caring for others and had a strong interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body for as long as she can remember. She graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2005 and she is certified in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.

Nadine is a good listener and when she combines this with her assessment, she is able to determine the cause and provide an individualized treatment to alleviate her patients symptoms.

Her skills include myofascial release, trigger point therapy and deep tissue release. Nadine works with patients recovering and coping with acute and chronic injury and has experience with patients living with life-long conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, scleroderma, various spinal deformities and mental illness.

Since then, she has been in practice as a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan.

May is passionate about helping clients with shoulder and/or hip issues. She combines relaxation and therapeutic techniques to target and address the client’s individual needs and to help them return to their daily routine. She loves to meet new clients and aims to achieve optimal results with each client she meets.

Dr. Michael R. Rostotski graduated from CMCC in 1980. He started a chiropractic practice in Canora, Saskatchewan in the autumn of 1980 and practised there until August, 2014 when he moved to Regina. He is currently continuing to practise at Airport Health Professionals.

Over the years, his professional interests have evolved and transitioned towards soft tissue techniques, in particular incorporating manipulation with myofascial release techniques and structural integration.
